At Chupacabra Offroad, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are unused and in original packaging, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to ensure your gear makes it back to our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely tape the box, ensuring all old shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
